Richard Witt

Richard is a principal at Quadrangle Architects in Toronto. He has built a career on international experience and diversity project typologies. Early in his career, he worked for a number of highly regarded practices, in London, Geneva and Prague, on urban intensification, master planning, commercial headquarters and adaptive reuse projects. He was a founding partner of RAW in 2007, winning OAA Best Emerging Practice Award in 2009. He returned to Quadrangle in 2012.

Richard has been an AIA Award juror, guest critic, panel moderator, charrette leader and presenter and exhibitor on issues such as international development and the challenges and opportunities inherent in tall buildings. He is currently the Co-Chair of the Toronto Society of Architects and is Vice Chair of the City of Vaughan Design Review Panel.
